How it works?

Polymer-based models
The cost of making master models of polymer is calculated depending on the amount of material used. It may increase depending on the complex geometry and applicable quality standards.
Polymer printings can immediately be transformed into casting; the result, however, often bears minor defects. The best way is to “fingerprint” it into rubber form, then replicate as a wax model and, finally, cast into the item. There exists a prototype model size limitation, too. Polymer-based printing typically costs 2,5 times as little as wax printing.
Wax models

The computer application loads 3D model into memory, and then, wax is placed to the cartridge where it melts to a liquid state. Molten material is delivered to the printing head where the part is formed in layers. The finished printing is compliant with the highest quality standards, no defects present.
